Set aside 20 minutes each month to review your system and make sure everything is flowing as intended. This brief ritual is less about accounting and more about awareness.

• Confirm income deposits and automatic transfers are running correctly.
• Review your net worth and savings rate.
• Check that each flow — Living, Security, Growth, and Freedom — is doing its job.
• Spot leaks and bottlenecks: unused subscriptions, redundant apps, or spending that no longer fits your values.
• Visualize your financial system using a dashboard (Monarch, Tiller, Notion, or a custom spreadsheet) to see your flows at a glance.

The point isn’t to track every dollar — it’s to make sure your money river is still flowing smoothly toward your goals.
